The Emerging Leaders Committee

The ELC is an organization that functions under the umbrella of the Community Foundation.   Member benefits include exposure to the many philanthropic needs of Savannah, personal investigative and decision-making roles in awarding significant grants while meeting and working with about 40 of Savannah's best and brightest rising star professionals.

In the Spring and Fall of each year the Community Foundation issues a Request for Proposals to over 100 local charities.  Applying charities are visited by the ELC members to learn about the requesting organization.
