Thanks to the kindness of a donor, The Savannah Community Foundation along with the United Way of the Coastal Empire are offering one year of no cost coverage to PeachCare for Kids. What is HealthKey? HealthKey is a program intended to help make sure that all uninsured children of the Coastal Empire have access to health care coverage. HealtKey will pay the premiums for PeachCare for Kids for one full year. In order to receive HealthKey, first submit an application to PeachCare for Kids. Once you receive proof of PeachCare for Kids eligibility, then submit an application to HealthKey. How do I obtain an application to PeachCare? You can obtain an application to PeachCare fro Kids in four ways:

You can also obtain an application from your doctor or the local health departments along with other local agencies. Or download the application on the right side of this page. How is eligible for PeachCare? Eligibility requirements for Peach Care for Kids are as follows:

Who is eligible for HealthKey? In order to qualify for HealthKey, first receive confirmation of PeachCare for Kids eligibility. If you qualify for PeachCare for Kids, then you will qualify for HealthKey. You will need to be a new recipient of PeachCare for Kids (meaning your child was not previously receiving healthcare from PeachCare for Kids). You will also need to be a resident of Effingham, Liberty, Bryan or Chatham counties to qualify for HealthKey.
